Anxiety

By letting go of our self-judgements about all the various outcomes which may or may not occur, clearing them from both the resistance aspect of our mind, and our body’s nervous system, we can lessen anxiety’s hold on us until it disappears.

The question here is what state of being would best serve us, and so would we like to let go of anything (worry or anxiety) that wouldn’t allow us to have that most useful and self-supportive state?

In actual fact, every self-judgement we’ve released so far, and every one we ever will, is decreasing our worry and anxiety.
