As a woman, what might freedom in love, sex and relationships look like for you?
If you have rules around such things, are they your rules acquired through Choice, or judgemental Barriers imposed upon you by society?
Are you free to explore yourself as much as men do?
Anywhere you have self-judgements that you’re not allowed to explore yourself, would you like to let that go?
And would you like to ask your body if it would like to let that go?
While men are mostly judged on whether they are ‘macho’, women are hugely judged on their appearance, of course. That often means a whole raft of opportunities for women to let go of doing things they don’t want to do and similarly honour their True Self.
Anywhere you attend to your appearance out of self-judgement rather than out of Choice, would you like to let that go?
And would you like to ask your body if it would like to let that go?
And there are also many societal judgements of women’s choices that are simply not applied to men.
Anywhere you’ve bought into society’s judgements about your choices and what they may mean, would you like to let that go?
And would you like to ask your body if it would like to let that go?
